Hi my love, I'm Ana Cristina. I'm so happy you landed here. I'm here as a compassionate guide, a space holder, and a sister on the path of remembrance. My work is rooted in a deep reverence for the elements, animals, and the unseen threads that connect us all. I walk with spirit, with mother nature, and with the wisdom that lives in our bodies and hearts.
My journey has taken me through many layers of healing. From lifes vast experiences, therapy, plant medicine, energy work, sacred rituals, and the wild terrain and teacher that is our emotions, I have and continue to welcome transformation. Along the way, I discovered the profound power of modalities like Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, as well as the deeply cleansing and activating force of Kambo medicine. Through this discovery I landed on a deeper remembering of my passion of sharing.
